In the making of tiles, vibrator table plays a significant role. In the tile molding step, the material prepared for molding tiles is placed on the screeding frame on the table. The production personnel clamps an interface sheet between frame and table. The process starts with compacting the material, also called mortar. Through vibrations, the mortar is evened out. A trowel is used for leveling the mortar and pushing the material into corners. The air bubbles are also removed by vibrating and compacting. The process continued until the mortar is totally compacted and air us completely removed. This 10 feet x 2.5 feet table runs on 2H.P., 3 Phase 2880 rpm motor is perfect for quick and adequate mortar compacting operations. The vibrator table for tiles takes less floor space. It can also be placed anywhere in the workshop. The table is constructed from high grade metal alloy and assembled in-house.
